St Mark's Challenge

St Mark's Challenge is a fantastic opportunity for our pupils to learn a variety of new skills. Through the St Mark's Challenge we hope will help our children build their character, resilience and confidence to empower them to “be their best”.

It helps them to understand the importance of teamwork, resilience and self-discipline.

Our children attend 'after school sessions' where they cook, play various sports and learn bush craft. They have  lots of opportunity for reflection; giving the children the chance to embed knowledge and behaviours through their experiences.

In the Summer term their will be an expedition and camping session overnight.

The Award is delivered at three different levels, each appropriate for a broad age range. The levels explore key themes and guiding principles.

Sessions run two nights each week after school. The sessions are run by Mr Forster and Mrs Horn.

" I really, really enjoy St Mark's Challenge; I really liked cooking outdoors!" -Enya
